t  first snow  Seen from the backyard of TresOnce, The Sierra Blanca mountains blanketed in a first dusting of snow is an enchanting view that will leave you breathless.

welcome home u  The grand entrance way of TresOnce prepares you up for what’s
to come throughout the rest of the house, which was built by builder George Thomas and featured in several national magazines, such as U.S. News & World Report. Upon entering TresOnce, you’re instantly introduced to the home’s standard theme of fine architecture. No detail has been neglected, including the intricate, large stained-glass window about the front door. The 20- to 35-foot ceilings on the first floor are maple wood mansard and not single square corner exists in the house – all corners are rounded (a joy for Feng Shui buffs)!

t  all the comforts of home  Just off the cozy kitchen, is TresOnce’s comfort zone – the living room/family room. You can kick back in front of the magnificent triple-wide gas fireplace (you never have to go hunting for firewood!) in this inviting and spacious room, while gazing at constellations in the clear night sky through the large sky light in the rooms’s 35-foot ceiling.

there's more downstairs u  This
view of the living room/dining room shows an access route to the left, which is a set of stairs leading to a roomy second bedroom. Here,
there’s a queen-sized bed, a day bed/sofa, a phone and a TV/VCR (of course!), a large
clothes closet, lots of reading lights, a large bathroom with a shower and whirlpool and wrap-around windows, which make it very hard
to escape the fantastic views of the
Sierra Blanca mountains.

t  heaven on earth  Sitting in this part of the house, surrounded by windows and the gorgeous view of the Sierra Blanca mountains, you may never feel the need to venture outside. The views make the mountains come to you! And the living room layout is set up so perfectly that no view is obstructed.

snug as a bug u  A focal point in the  center of the living room/family room and
kitchen, this triple-wide fireplace is conversation piece that will spark intimate dialogue or friendly, relaxed conversation when your guests gather ‘round.

t  a starry, starry night  On a beautiful night, the private hot tub on the back porch reveals a jeweled sky. The view is literally a little slice of heaven.

great entertainment u  The large kitchen in TresOnce has all the amenities for throwing the perfect party or cooking a special family meal. The tiled 5-burner center island GE cooktop allows you to move freely around the kitchen while your guests await a wonderful sitting on the suede coverd bar stools at the snack bar. You’ll feel right at home with the microwave, two gas GE ovens, GE double-wide freezer- refrigerator and trash compactor. There are also many cabinets filled with a variety of cookware at

t  can't believe my eyes  From the Master Bedroom, you can view the back of TresOnce.  It is created entirely of glass allowing for breathtaking views of the ski slopes on Sierra Blanca mountains. You and your guests can enjoy this view from the cozy warmth of inside or you can venture out for a dip in the eight-person hot tub/spa that sits facing Sierra Blanca mountains on the huge 10- by 35-foot wrap-around deck that encompasses the entire back of the house.
